Kinder via Jaggers Clough

I took advantage of the glorious weekend weather – the first decent Saturday in June as far as I can recall and headed for another ascent route up onto the edges of Kinder. I chose Jaggers Clough today – a route I wasn’t really sure about, not sure there would be a path for one thing, but also not sure how accessible the clough would be full stop. I needn’t have worried though, the route is lovely, albeit with a thin path. In bad weather, after recent rain the ascent could be complicated by the fact that I had to walk in the stream-bed for a while and the final scramble could be awkward if it was icy.

Not a trip report, so much as a series of photos of the walk….. enjoy!
