Almost 7 months after our last walk along the Costwold Way and Alex and I met up again, to do two walks this weekend to finish this off. One of the most consistently muddy walks I’ve done in years, some awful points where it was ankle deep. Sun came out from initial mist and day was very warm, enough to burn my nose in fact. Suffering badly from flu, but still enjoyed the day, followed by excellent evening with Alex and a very fine B&B.
