One of the coldest walks I can remember. A steep and slippery climb up to High Seat where the wind nearly took my breath from me - gusts to 30mph and windchill of -22C according to the Kestrel. Ridge was mostly frozen thankfully and four top layers kept me warm, until I broke through a crust of ice and went knee deep in freezing water. Route down from Little Fell was hard work, with lots of hidden pits of cold water. Good day out though :)
