Bargrennan to St. Johns Town of Dalry

The best part of 17 miles of road and hard-core track today, left my feet feeling tired and a quite sore, plus an additional 7 miles of mostly wet and soggy footpaths. The best section of the day was across Shield Rig, with lovely moorland track and open views across the fells. Views today were always good and this helped alleviate the boredom of the track itself.
