Unseasonably warm day with occasional biting winds. We've been very lucky with weather along the Cotswold Way, as we were along the Ridgeway - it's January now and the weather today was cold, but beautiful. The wooded sections are best experienced in the winter I think, with the light filtering easily through the bare branches, still allowing muted views.
