The first opportunity in a couple of weeks to walk without guarantee of being drenched, the rain seems never ending. The fells are soaked and I was soon swimming below the ankles, but rain held off for most of the walk, showers in the middle hour. Still quite dark at 08:30, not cold though even in the rain. Good to be out on the fells again.
