A painful walk due to my left foot, but a pleasant one, with a lovely descent of Swinner Gill and a pleasant couple of hours spent in the Farmers' Arms in Muker, in the company of an old friend (Chris) and a new one (Mike from Walking Books). The last recorded walk of 2016 highlighted the lack of fitness in a stark manner!
