An early dart from work to take advantage of a nice looking weekend and a short walk up a hill I've been meaning to visit for a long time. Car parking was unnerving as the locals obviously don't like it, but no harm done in the end. Great views from such a low level camp, watching the mist and cloud roll in over Wild Boar Fell and spitting rain drove me into the tent just as the sun set.
