Yorkshire Three Peaks walk with a difference, avoiding the crowds and taking two days. Up the steep face of Park Fell and a squelchy walk across to Simon Fell then up the crowded summit of Ingleborough, along the usual route to Horton and Pen-y-Ghent and back to Horton where we waited for the train back to Ribblehead. Mixed bag of weather, mostly dry, some strong winds, some strong sun (enough for a red face) great conversation with two guys I'd never met before other than on Twitter.
